OSINT Exercise #023
Hi, this is Legion Soul I work as an Intelligence Analyst. In this article I solve the OSINT Exercise #023 by Sofia Santos. The challenge is to
- Find the title of the illustration, as given by the artist.
- Find how much it would cost for the artist to create a similar piece, in size and detail.

When observed carefully, for a spit second the desktop’s wallpaper can be seen, I stopped the frame, took a screenshot and reverse searched the image.
Reverse Search
Despite an unsuccessful reverse image search, I broadened my approach to locate the image source. This led to the discovery of multiple Reddit threads by artist Adam Scythe featuring the illustration.
Going through the reddit posts, we could conclude that the name of the illustration given by the artist is Involuntary Rat Queen. Which gives us the answer for the first question.
Cost
The artist always leaves a comment at the top of their Reddit posts. This comment has different links for more information.
One of the links was for commission information. The commision for the artist is categorized into 4 different types.
Type A
Type B and Type C
Type D
Based on the illustration’s complexity (character, background, details) and the artist’s commission structure, this artwork aligns with their Type D category. This suggests a starting price of $190. This gives us our second answer.
Conclusion
